Finance and Legal
Education Credit Unions
Union members and their families can belong to mecu or the Victoria Teachers' Credit Union, giving them access to services such as home loans, personal loans, bill paying, direct salary crediting, travel insurance and cheque accounts.
Finance
The AEU provides access to specialist services covering retirement planning, superannuation, investment and salary sacrifice/packaging.
Legal Advice
A free initial legal consultation on any matter is available and the union can provide ongoing legal support in work related matters.
Retirement Victoria
Retirement Victoria has opened an office in the AEU Building reinforcing our relationship with the AEU as preferred providers of financial advice to members.
Superannuation
Barbra Norris, Jennifer Cassidy and Dean Glare are available at the AEU office to provide superannuation information and assistance to members.

Teachers Federation Health
Teachers Federation Health is a not-for-profit health fund which provides teachers and their families with high benefit health cover at a low contribution rate.
Medical and Counselling Services
The Union Health Centre provides optical, dental, therapeutical and medical services at discount rates. The AEU also provides a counselling referral service.
