Free Student Membership

The AEU offers teacher education students and pre-employment teacher education graduates FREE membership. Membership fees become due once you commence paid employment as a teacher or SSO. As part of the membership students and pre-employment graduates are offered the following services:

• Professional and Industrial Advice
• The Student Newsletter
• Free initial Legal Consultation
• Legal Protection during school experience (in accordance with AEU legal policy)
• Teacher Graduate Newsletter
• Library Access
• Access to Health Society (final year students)
