Your agreement: Time to stop the TAFE rip-off
Victoria has the nation's lowest-funded TAFE system and the lowest paid TAFE teachers - up to $13,000 a year less than our colleagues in schools. Six out of 10 TAFE teachers are employed casually, with no job security. It's time to stop the TAFE rip-off. Visit our campaign page for more about the fight for pay justice and job security.
TAFE 4 All: Fight the Government's skills reforms
The Victorian Government is planning major reforms to skills provision which would devastate the TAFE sector. They will saddle students with higher fees, HECS-style debts and allow private providers to cherry-pick the cheapest, most popular courses by opening up all courses to competition. Find out more about our TAFE 4 All campaign.
Why Should I Join the AEU?
